Refusal or change of service
A prerequisite for canceling a service that had an advance payment or full payment, with a refund, is the fact that at least 24 hours remain before the start of the service.
Provided that the client has not made a full payment or an advance payment, then it can be canceled at any time.
Also, the client has the full right to change the service to another if no payment or prepayment has been made. In the event that the service has been paid in part or in full and there is at least 24 hours left before the start of its entry into force, it is also possible to replace the service.
Refusal or change of service is always discussed individually between the manager and the client and depends on the chosen service. We always act on the client's side!
