Refusal or change of service
A mandatory condition for refusing a service is the fact that there are at least 24 hours left before the service comes into effect.
Also, the client has every right to change the service to another one if no payment has been made or there are at least 24 hours left before it comes into effect.
Refusal or change of service is always discussed individually between the manager and the client and depends on the chosen service. We always act on the client's side!
